“It’s Never Goodbye…”

Goodbyes are hard, so instead of saying we’re closing, we’re going to say “catch you in the next adventure.” It’s been a super seven years giving everyone the fulfilling careers they need. But at least for now, it’s time for our team to say farewell. For these last few weeks, we will be celebrating the amazing things we did together.

For seven years, we didn’t just run a company, we built a movement rooted in purpose, courage, and transformation. These numbers tell the story of every person who found clarity, confidence, and a new beginning with us.

After years of helping thousands of people find work that lights them up, we are officially entering our final chapter. My heart is overflowing with gratitude, pride, joy, and that "wow, what a ride" feeling you get at the end of a genuinely great movie.


 

We've been bold, beautiful, meaningful, occasionally chaotic (in the best way), and absolutely life-changing. Together, we transformed career frustration into clarity, fear into confidence, and doubt into momentum.



 

So many of you invited us into your lives, your hopes, and your purpose, and that trust has forever shaped mine. Thank you to our teammates, our collaborators, our clients, our Super Mentors, for everything.

 

And now, cue the next scene.


 

I’m going to take some well deserved time off and make an announcement on what I’m working on next in early 2026.

So while we close our doors here, my purpose doesn't stop; it evolves. Thank you for being part of this incredible journey. Thank you for believing in what we created. And thank you for continuing to care about people, possibility, and purpose.
