Who We Are

Our Founder & CEO, Super Julie Braun created Super Purposes™ LLC in 2018. Having worked for some of the largest companies in the world, our dynamic leader has put forth our company's mission - to help millions of people get the purpose-filled career they deserve.

Unlike most companies, we respect our Interns (we call them Teammates). We understand that Interns are not burdens, coffee fetchers, or file cleaners. Our Teammates work on important high-level projects that help us grow while Teammates develop their skills and business acumen.

Our company specializes in online career courses and career coaching services. In particular, we aim to serve communities that are traditionally left out of career opportunities or folks who get stuck in dead-end jobs. We have helped 17,000 already, and more are on the way.

You Will:

Help us build and maintain our new website on WIX.
Be familiar with a website builder like WIX, Squarespace, or WordPress.
Ensure deadlines for assigned projects are met.
Have a strong ability to multitask and switch between projects.
Learn and implement the best practices for our website.
Be proficient in basic coding like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Conduct weekly and monthly audits through quality analysis and usability testing.
Collaborate with a team of talented UX Designers to determine how we can make our website truly super and troubleshoot with our Cyber-Tech Specialists on upgrades, backups, and improvements.
Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one meetings with your leader.

You Are:

Passionate about creating content and creative web design applications across all devices. Experienced in web development with an understanding of web design principles including basic database concepts. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, and organized. Adaptable to changes in projects and priorities and can handle multiple projects. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and attend video conferencing meetings whenever needed. Excellent in verbal and written communication, email etiquette, the Internet, and MS Office. Enthusiastic and grateful to have the opportunity to work with us! Tech savvy and own a computer with reliable access to an Internet connection.

In addition, we will gladly help you arrange for academic credit if needed.

Location

This is a virtual/remote opportunity which means you don’t have to deal with traffic or sitting in a stuffy office! You are able to work in a comfortable environment that provides a reliable and secure internet connection so that you can attend meetings and video conferences.

Video Conferencing

As a virtual company, we use video conferencing application(s) as our primary form of communication. You will be required to have video conferencing program(s) on your laptop or desktop so that you can fully participate in meetings and training sessions. Our team meetings, one-on-one meetings and training sessions often require team members to turn on their video camera, share their screens and interact with other team members.

NOTE: Your cell phone should not be your main source of working on assignments or attending meetings.

Timing

Immediately! Our internships are 200 hours. Each Teammate is required to work 10 hours a week for 20 weeks.

This is an unpaid virtual internship, but the experience and connections you will get for your professional portfolio and LinkedIn profile are priceless!
